MYSTIC
YOGA TOUR
|
|
The
inherent mysticism of Yoga has often made it difficult for people to have
a clear understanding of it. Yoga, in reality is a very easy to understand
philosophy. The Sanskrit word Yoga literally means 'to add' or 'union.' So
Yoga is nothing but the vehicle through which the Yogi passes is united
with the Divine on the spiritual dimension. Yoga is believed to be
pre-Aryan in origin.
|

[ Sadhu] |
|
|
|
But
Yoga is a good deal more than physical exercises and gymnastics. Its
advanced philosophical forms lead to a fine and harmonious relationship
between the individual who, through Yoga develops powers of containment
and restraint and the World around him. Yoga believes that every man lives
by only a fraction of his latent abilities. And practice of Yoga gradually
releases this pool of untapped energy and helps man attain his optimum. On
this tour we visit the various centres of Yoga in India. It also helps to
attain spiritualism. |
